The Artist Booking Agent Agreement (Simple) is used by a booking agent to contract with an artist for the agent's services to  procure employment and performances for the artist. This is a simplified version of this kind of agreement. 

The Artist Booking Agent Agreement (Extensive), is also referred to as a Booking Agency Agreement, is used by a booking agent to contract with an artist for the agent's services to  procure employment and performances for the artist. This is an extensive version of this kind of an agreement. 

This Booking Agent Contract (For Club or Promoter) is used by a music venue, such as a club, or a concert promoter, to contract with a person that will book the venue or seek out an artist to play a particular show or music festival. 

The Concert or Music Festival Sponsorship Agreement is used by a concert promoter to contract with a business that wishes to sponsor some aspect of a concert or music festival.

The Concert or Music Festival Vendor Agreement is used by a concert promoter to contract with a vendor that will provide services to the attendees at a concert or music festival such as food, beverages or merchandise. 

The Concert Promoter Joint Venture Agreement is used when two or more persons wish to make an agreement to promote a concert or music festival together. 

The General Services Agreement is used when a concert promoter wants to hire a person or company on an independent contractor basis to provide services in relation to a concert or music festival.  

The Lighting Equipment and Technician Agreement is used when a concert promoter hires a lighting company to provide lighting equipment and the personnel to operate the stage lights for a concert.

This Live Performance Agreement is used by a promoter or venue to contract with an artist that will perform live at a concert event the promoter or venue is producing. This is a simple contract used for small shows by local or regional artists.

The Parental Consent and Guarantee is a document that is used when a minor  (under the age of 18) is being signed to a contract and the contracting party wants a parent or guardian to provide both a consent for the minor to enter into the contract and an agreement to be liable for the performance of the contract.

This Photographer Service Agreement is a contract used by a concert promoter to hire a photographer to take photos of artist's performances events at a concert. 

This Release Agreement is a contract used when a parties to an agreement want to release each other from the obligations under a contract previously signed by both parties.

The Sound Engineer Services Agreement is used when a concert promoter hires a sound engineer to operate the sound equipment for a concert. This contract does not address any terms for the engineer to provide any of the sound equipment. 

This Talent Acquisition Offer Sheet is used by a promoter or venue (or purchaser) to contract an artist or an artist’s agent to make an offer to acquire the services of the artist to perform live at a concert event the promoter or venue is producing.

This Tour Management Agreement is a contract between an artist and a tour manager for the tour manager to provide tour management services to the artist.

The Venue Rental Agreement is used by a concert promoter to rent a venue for a concert or a music festival. 

The Videographer Services Agreement is a contract used by a concert promoter to hire a videographer to video record the events at a concert or music festival for recording the occurrence of the event and possible future promotion and marketing of the event.
