A Lighting Equipment and Technician Agreement is used when a concert promoter hires a lighting company to provide lighting equipment and the personnel to operate the stage lights for a concert. In the event the promoter is hiring a lighting technician and not the equipment, this agreement can be altered by removing any reference to the provision of equipment. Or the promoter can use the General Services Agreement.
