This Talent Acquisition Offer Sheet is used by a promoter or venue (or purchaser) to contract an artist or an artist’s agent to make an offer to acquire the services of the artist to perform live at a concert event the promoter or venue is producing. The promoter and artist or agent will use the offer form to negotiate the main terms of the agreement for the artist to perform. Once the main terms are agreed to the parties will negotiate and enter into a full length Live Performance Agreement (usually provided by the artist’s agent).
