The Sound Equipment Rental and Engineer Agreement is used when a concert promoter hires a sound company to provide sound equipment and the personnel to operate the equipment for a concert. In the event the promoter is hiring a sound engineer and not the equipment, this agreement can be altered by removing any reference to the provision of equipment. Or the promoter can use the General Services Agreement.
