A Single Song And Master Collaboration Agreement is used when two or more persons collaborate on both the writing of a song and the recording of the song and will own the rights to the recording and the song jointly. This collaboration can include musicians, vocalists and producers. This agreement can be used if only some of the persons recording helped write the songs. The contract provides for percentages to be entered to reflect the parties percentage of the song and the recording separately.
