This Publishing Catalog Acquisition and Administration Agreement is used when an existing publishing company buys the catalog of a songwriter or publisher. The purchasing Publisher shall continue to exploit the songs in the catalog and keep 50% of the total income collected (so-called "publisher's share") and pay the seller of the catalog a royalty of 50% of the income collected (so-called "writer's share").
