This Music Producer Record Company Agreement is used when a producer enters into a contract with a record company to produce one of the its artist's it has under contract. This Agreement can be changed to be used between an artist and a producer. In this instance, the producer agrees to deliver the master recording of the artist to the record company and the record company agrees to pay the producer a fee,give the producer a budget to record the artist and pay royalties to the producer from the sale of the records.
