This Live Performance Contract is used when a performing artist or booking agent for a performing artist makes an agreement for the artist to perform live at a venue. This agreement is more extensive than the simple version and is used with regional or national artists or with artists that require a more extensive agreement. Included with this contract are different riders including a performance rider, hospitality rider and technical rider.
