This Film Score Music Composer is used by a film, or television producer to contract with a music composer to create music for a film score and soundtrack for a film or television production whereby the music is synchronized to the action on the screen. This agreement is obtained from the composer and provides for the Composer to remain as the owner of the music with the film producer having the exclusive right to record the music and use the music in the film only. Any additional rights such as a soundtrack CD would need to be negotiated.
