This Digital Music Download Distribution Agreement (Master Use and Synchronization) is used by a digital music download website (i.e. Rumblefish) to contract with record labels or artists that own the recordings and songs to license both the recording and music through the website to others to use in associatoin with audiovisual recordings such as films, television, advertising or other media uses including websites, video games, power point presentations, etc. This license provides for the owner of the recordings and music/song to receive a percentage of the net income received by the website distributor for any uses licensed through the website. This license also provides that the owner of the recording is also the owner of the music/song or owner of the rights to the music/song too and has the rights to grant the license for both the recording and the music/song. If a customer agreement is needed between the website and the customer
the Master Use and Synchronization Agreement (Internet Website Customer
